From there on, step by step, omit further products until you get to the desired nutritional plan you want.

2. Leave Out The Soft Drinks

The easiest way to cut down on calories is to leave out sugar-sweetened soft drinks, fruit juices, or sugary coffee and swap it out for some water instead. That’s not only better for losing weight, but also for your insulin levels not to shoot up from the sugar. Here you should also work yourself away from sugar step by step.

3. Look For Eating Triggers (Emotional Eating)

Beware of emotional hunger! 

There are many situations in which we eat something out of stress, boredom, or anger. This happens because your body releases hunger hormones that increase the blood sugar level and thereby stimulate your Appetite, but in very few cases it is actually real hunger. For this reason, you should observe in which situations you get the need to eat something and behave accordingly. When you are stressed, just take a break to relax. With a short cold shower after a normal shower, the body cools down very quickly and has to use up more energy to warm up, which has to burn fat to gain new energy. The alternating shower is not only an advantage in the aspect of losing weight, but it also makes you get better sleep and improves your blood flow.
